Step 8: Proofread Your Cover Letter Carefully
Use the spell-check feature if your email software has it, but don't stop there: Read the email out loud (you're more likely to spot typos that way) or ask someone else to proofread it for you (or do both!).
Don't skimp on this last step. Your email is your chance to make a great first impression, so don't let a typo or grammatical error slip through!
